Testing is Fast, Easy, PainlessTesting is usually done by a simple urine test. In some cases, depending on the individual, an alternative swab test may be used. Testing is offered at any one of WHC's clinics. TreatmentGonorrhea can be cured with proper medication from a healthcare provider. Partners should be treated at the same time, even if they have no signs of infection. Partners do not need to be tested to be treated if one partner has a positive STI test. Both Partners can be successfully treated with oral antibiotics. Stop having sex until both you and your partner are cured. Take all the medication, even if your symptoms go away. We recommend a follow-up exam 3 months later to be retested. Tell Your Partner!Always call a healthcare provider or go to a clinic for testing at once if you experience any of the symtoms described above. Worried?
